ADDING + REMOVING SERVICES:
I Cannot gurantee we will have time to add on services. Please let me know asap to double check if I can add on a service for you.
If needing to shorten and remove services - we must have a 24hour notice needed to make changes to the appoinment. Same day removal/ cancellation of services will be charged 50% of the total service cost. This slot of 2-3 hours was booked and it’s hard to fill that huge gap that is now created.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULES:
Please cancel 48 hours prior to appointment time to avoid 50% service charge of the original service booked. Call, email, or cancel online. Your deposit will go towards the 50% service charge that remains. SAME DAY RESCHEDULING RESULTS TO CANCELLATION FEE ON SERVICE AMOUNT BOOKED. WE SEND EMAILS AND TEXT REMINDERS DAYS AND HOURS BEFORE TO NOTIFY YOUR APPOINTMENT.
IF YOU’RE LATE 10-15MINUTES TO YOUR 30MINUTE BROW APPOINTMENT I CAN’T RUSH YOUR BROWS AND THAT IS WHY YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND LOSE DEPOSIT OR BE CHARGED A SAME DAY CANCELLATION FEE.

IF DATES NO LONGER WORK FOR YOU, YOU CAN RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT IN THE EMAIL THAT WAS SENT TO YOU. IF IT DOESN’T WORK, IT’S BECAUSE YOU RESCHEDULED OR CANCELED TOO LATE FROM THE 48 HOUR TIME FRAME.
LATE ARRIVALS:
IF YOU’RE LATE 12 MINUTES TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY HAVE TO BE RESCHEDULED TO ANOTHER DATE AND LOSS OF DEPOSIT.
DEPOSIT:
The deposit is non-refundable. It is, however, transferrable to another day if you reschedule within the 48 hour timeframe. You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance, & up to 2 times. If you reschedule under 48 hours and/or more than twice, you will have to rebook the appointment and you forfeit your deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours or no-show your appointment, you will be charged for the appointment.

We do accept all forms of of payment methods. Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Afterpay and now Cherry Payments. Which is perfect to make my services more accesible to clients.
